Reopening of Schools Survey

Please base your answers on what you know today about COVID-19 and the recent school/business closures and phased re-openings.We would like your input regarding the below three options for reopening based on guidelines from the Arizona Department of Education.

Full Online Learning Option: Students would attend school every day from home through an online platform and taught by Laveen teachers. All instruction would take place online with virtual lessons and interactive class sessions.

Hybrid Option:  On alternating weeks, students would attend in-person classes held at the school site and participate in online instruction at home. This option would allow us to better follow CDC guidance regarding social distancing as only half of the students would be in the school building on any given week.

Every Day, In-Person Option:  Students would attend school every day, in-person. We would do our best to implement as much of the CDC guidance as possible; (e.g., hand washing, limited sharing of supplies, health screenings, and possibly face coverings). The distance between desks would be maximized, but it would not be feasible to have all students spaced 6 feet apart.

If you have multiple children, and would select different options for each, please complete an additional survey.
